Lace Necklace

Supplies Needed: plain necklace, scrap lace (I used extra hem tape), scissors
Step 1: Cut lace into 2.5 inch sections. I ended up using just the white lace.
Step 2: Tie each individual section onto the chain. Knot it in the middle, leaving the ends loose.
